1. Increase your knowledge
The best means to increasing your self-confidence is to work on improving your wisdom and abilities. “Knowledge IS Power!”

3. Focus ashore your strengths
Each an of us has our own particular strengths. Be thankful for these and capitalize on them.
For example one of my strengths is writing and hearing. I’ve always been shrieked ‘shy’ or ‘quiet’ when I was younger and was always told to ‘speak up’ or ‘say something’! I thought something was definitely wrong with me as everyone else in my home could not shut up!
Now I’m older, I’ve made those strengths work for me. They’re now my business!
Try establishing on your strengths along book down in a journal all those peculiarities you like about yourself. If this feels also hard to you, query somebody else what namely it they favor about you as a person or what they meditation you are good at.
When you have your list, converge on them and forget your disabilities!
4. Remind yourself and acknowledge your success daily

I do this each night and likewise use this discipline with my customers. Either use a journal or simply narrate yourself the ten entities namely you applause and avow yourself as. Don’t stop until you obtain to ten.
If you’ve had a particularly bad daytime simply acknowledge that you’ve had a wrong day and tomorrow will be better!
5. Visualize your hereafter success
What could be more exciting than watching in your mind how it feels to have succeeded?
